Firstly  201.10.17.7 is the incoming packet

So,taking 1st option i.e., 192.0.0.0/4 means 4 bits - n/w id ,28 bits host id

So making all bits of n/w id to 1 we get subnet mask as 240.0.0.0

Now take incoming packet and perform  AND operation  with this mask

We get 192.0.0.0 that means incoming packet belongs to this particular n/w.

as Other one is 201.10.6.0/23 its mask we get as 255.255.254.0,repeat above process

and incoming packet belongs to this n/w also
